Method

  1. Combine the yeast, sugar and water in a bowl. Let it foam for 10 minutes
  2. Add the flour and salt, mix then knead for 5 minutes
  3. Let rise for around an hour or until doubled in size
  4. Split into 12
  5. Stretch or roll
  6. Fry in a dry pan on high heat until browned then flip
  7. Optionally brush with melted butter mixed with finely chopped coriander
