Ingredients
- 50 g porridge oats
- 2 tbsp yogurt
- 100 ml milk, or equivalent milk powder and water
- 1 tsp honey
- 50 g mixed berries
- 0.5 tbsp nut butter
Extras
- Chia seeds
- Vanilla
- Cream
- Cinnamon
- Nutmeg
- Chopped nuts
- Dried fruit
- Fresh berries
- Sliced apple
- Sliced banana
- Jam
- Lemon zest
- Chocolate chips
Method
- Mix all the dry ingredients
- Add the wet ingredients and mix thoroughly
- Keep overnight in the fridge in a container with a lid
