Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 cup white, oat, or spelt flour
- 0.5 tsp baking soda
- 0.25 tsp salt
- 0.25 cup white sugar
- 0.25 cup brown sugar or coconut sugar
- 0.33 cup chocolate chips
- 3 tbsp oat/soya milk
- 3 tbsp oil
- 0.25 tsp vanilla extract
Method
- Combine flour, baking soda, salt, white sugar, brown sugar, chocolate chips in a bowl
- Stir in milk, oil and vanilla extract to form a cohesive dough, add more milk if needed
- Refrigerate at least 2 hours
- Preheat oven to 170C
- Form dough balls and place on a greased baking tray
- Bake 11 minutes
- Cool for at least 10 minutes until hardened up
