Chocolate Chip Cookies

Method

  1. Combine flour, baking soda, salt, white sugar, brown sugar, chocolate chips in a bowl
  2. Stir in milk, oil and vanilla extract to form a cohesive dough, add more milk if needed
  3. Refrigerate at least 2 hours
  4. Preheat oven to 170C
  5. Form dough balls and place on a greased baking tray
  6. Bake 11 minutes
  7. Cool for at least 10 minutes until hardened up
