Method

  1. Beat together flour, sugar, butter and eggs in a bowl
  2. Mix in cocoa powder for chocolate version, or lemon zest and vanilla extract for lemon version
  3. In a second bowl, dollop lemon curd or chocolate
  4. Transfer mixture into second bowl
  5. Microwave for 3 minutes, until fluffy. Rest for a minute, then microwave for another 90 seconds
