Ingredients
- 250 g potatoes
- 250 g carrots
- 1 large brown onion
- 3 tbsp flour
- 2 eggs
Method
- Peel and coarsely grate the potatoes, carrots and onion
- Squeeze the water out of the potatoes, carrots and onion using cheesecloth
- Mix the potatoes, carrots, onion, flour and eggs
- Heat 1 cm of vegetable oil in a frying pan until smoking hot
- Form 12 balls from the mixture, then press down into the pan
- Fry for 1-3 minutes on each side, then remove and pat dry with paper towels
