Toad in the hole

Method

  1. Heat oven to 200C. Coat baking dish with oil
  2. Cook sausages in baking dish until cooked through and browned, 15-20 minutes
  3. In a large bowl combine flour, eggs, milk and salt to make a batter
  4. Pour batter over sausages and return to the oven. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until batter is cooked through and golden brown on top
  5. Serve with boiled green vegetables, gravy and mustard
