Ingredients
- 1 block firm tofu
- 2 spring onions
- 0.5 tsp turmeric
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast flakes
- 0.75 tsp paprika
- 0.75 tsp chives
- 1.75 tsp garlic powder
- Salt
- Pepper
Method
- Slice spring onions, saute in a large skillet over medium heat
- Crumble tofu into pan, breaking up larger pieces
- Add turmeric, nutrional yeast, paprika, chives, garlic powder, salt, pepper
- Fry until tofu is golden brown
