Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
Method
- Mix ingredients into a shaggy ball
- Knead for 8-10 minutes until a smooth dough
- Wrap in clingfilm then rest in the fridge for at least 30 minutes
- Roll and cut into desired shapes
- Boil in salted water for 3 minutes or until done
