Date and peanut butter bars

Method

  1. Finely chop the dates and nuts
  2. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl
  3. Press into a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper
  4. Fridge until cold, prefereably overnight
  5. Cut into 3x5 cm bars
  6. Wrap in greaseproof paper
  7. Fridge for up to one month
