Ingredients
- 500 g dried dates
- 75 g chia seeds
- 200 g nuts
- 30 g dried cranberries
- 30 g raisins
- 30 g dark chocolate chips
- 300 g chunky peanut butter
- 50 g honey
Method
- Finely chop the dates and nuts
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl
- Press into a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper
- Fridge until cold, prefereably overnight
- Cut into 3x5 cm bars
- Wrap in greaseproof paper
- Fridge for up to one month
