Turkey or chicken burgers
Ingredients
- 1 lb (454 g) chicken or turkey mince
- 0.5 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 0.25 brown onions
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley
- 1 garlic clove
- 0.5 tsp paprika
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.25 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for cooking)
Method
- Combine all ingredients (except olive oil) in a large bowl. Do not over-mix
- Form into 5-7 patties. Press down the middle of each patty to maintain their shape while cooking
- Pre-heat a large frying pan with the olive oil
- Add the burger patties and cook over medium heat
- Cook until golden brown on both sides
